Pre-breakfast:
Water Apple Cider Vinegar
Lime
Himalayan Sea Salt (mix it)
Breakfast:
Grassfed beef fried with goat butter. A handful of macadamia nuts and a salad of feldsalad (field salad) sprinkled with olive oil and coconut oil. + a cup of Four Sigmatic, Mushroom Coffee Mix, Think With Lion's Mane & Chaga + fish oil and vitamin D
Post-workout: Goat whey protein, glutamine + glycine, magnesium and carnitine.
Lunch:
Grass fed lamb with a mixed salad of arugula, peppers, avocado, tomatoes, spinach, cucumber, a tiny handful of pecan nuts, camel cheese and onions. Sprinkled with brain octane oil from Bulletproof (see the picture below of my actual lunch)
+ fish oil and HCL

Dinner:
4 eggs + a mixed salad of: avocado, broccoli, carrots, spinach and arugula salad sprinkled with olive oil and brain octane oil from Bulletproof.
+ HCL and fish oil
Pre-bed: Magnesium, L-theanine, Potassium and Zink. Makes up for the best sleep you'll ever get.
