What do I eat on a regular day, following a paleolithic diet/approach. I'm not going to provide any quantity. Below is exactly what I ate yesterday:
1. Before breakfast:
Apple cider vinegar
Pink Himalayan Salt
Lemon Water
(mix it well and drink it 30-60 minutes before breakfast)
2. Breakfast
Grassfed beef fried in organic goat butter with almonds and onions. Eaten with a salad of fresh spinach leaves sprinkled with olive oil.
3. Between breakfast and lunch
A few organic dried pieces of beef jerkey and a bowl of organic blue berries + a cup of organic green tea mixed with coconut oil.
4. Lunch
3 free-range eggs mixed with a handful of beef-sausage, fried in organic goat butter. Eaten with a salad of fresh spinach leaves, cucumber, tomatoes and sprinkled with olive oil.
5. Post-training
A jar of homemade bone broth and a protein shake (goat whey protein) + an organic apple and a tiny handful of raisins (+ a bowl of freshly caught sea-snails *see my notes for more info*)
6. Dinner
Lasagne (paleolithic version) made up of buffalo meat, eggplant, carrots, onions and a little bit of goatcheese on the side. Eaten with a salad made of arugula, spinach and cucumber.
A few notes: - I never eat breakfast until my first stool (which - luckily for me - always happens as I wake up)
- I don't eat after 8 pm.
- I try to implement sardines, salmon, mackerel and other fatty fish in my diet as often as possible.
- *I train at a rowing club, which means my gym is literally right next to the sea. Me and my friends often pick up fresh sea snails right from the ocean to boil with herbs and eat it as a snack. The gym is also right next to the woods, so we'll often go for a run into the forest and pick up fresh berries, plums, apples, cherries, nettles, etc.

As for the bone broth:
The following will provide a delicious and easy way to make homemade bone broth. Regarding the health benefits of bone broth, instead of copying countless of sources i'd rather give you the references so you can read it for yourself (references will appear below) Bone broth is definitely one of the healthiest things you can put into your mouth.
I usually make my bone broth from chicken, since it's easier (and cheaper) to find free-range 'organic' chicken in Denmark. I also use fresh turmeric root, lemons, garlic and ginger. You can add spices or any other herbs that you prefer. So what's the gameplan?
Grab a big pot and throw your chicken in it. Chop the herbs and throw them in the pot as well. I usually use a bit of chili flakes and thyme for flavor. Fill the pot with water until the chicken is covered. Turn up the heat until the water is boiling and let it simmer for 6-8 hours. After 6-8 hours, pour the water from the pot into a separate container. I usually store it in different glass containers - see the picture below:

I drink it raw after training or throughout the day. It usually last about 8-10 days in the fridge if you don't open the jar. I drink about 8-10 ounces a day. I drink it with the fat on top as well. If you're not into that: dig it up with a spoon and throw it away (or use it as butter or as stock for other dishes)
